Key management team of JSC “LENENERGO” is generated
The main stage of formation of a new key management team of JSC “LENENERGO” has been completed on 19 October 2010.The new members of the Company’s Management Board were elected at the seventh meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC “LENENERGO” held on 19 October 2010:
Deputy General Director for Services Sale of JSC “LENENERGO” - Maxim Sergeevich Artemiev;
Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance of JSC “LENENERGO” - Grigory Mikhailovich Kharenko;
Deputy General Director for Capital Construction and Logistics of JSC “LENENERGO” - Artem Yurievich Petrov;
Deputy General Director for Personnel Management and Organizational Designing of JSC “LENENERGO” - Vladimir Ivanovich Khrenov.
Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance of JSC “LENENERGO” - Grigory Mikhailovich Kharenko;
Deputy General Director for Capital Construction and Logistics of JSC “LENENERGO” - Artem Yurievich Petrov;
Deputy General Director for Personnel Management and Organizational Designing of JSC “LENENERGO” - Vladimir Ivanovich Khrenov.
The following candidates were approved:
Vladimir Ivanovich Krenov for the position of Deputy General Director for Personnel Management and Organizational Designing of JSC “LENENERGO”;
Artem Yurievich Petrov on a post of Deputy general director for capital construction and logistics of JSC LENENERGO;
Maxim Sergeevich Artemiev for the position of Deputy General Director for Services Sale of JSC “LENENERGO”;
Nikolay Georgievich Stefanovich for the position of Director of “Cable Grid” - the branch of JSC “LENENERGO”.
Artem Yurievich Petrov on a post of Deputy general director for capital construction and logistics of JSC LENENERGO;
Maxim Sergeevich Artemiev for the position of Deputy General Director for Services Sale of JSC “LENENERGO”;
Nikolay Georgievich Stefanovich for the position of Director of “Cable Grid” - the branch of JSC “LENENERGO”.
The new membership of the management board was generated under the offer of General Director of JSC “LENENERGO” Andrey Valentinovich Sorochinsky.
The memberships of the Reliability Committee of the Board of Directors, Technological Connection Committee of the Board of Directors, Strategy and Development Committee of the Board of Directors were changed.
