Shareholder’s Personal Account
Dear Shareholders of Rosseti Lenenergo!
In order to get the online access to the information on the status of your personal account in the shareholder register you can use the system “Shareholder’s Personal Account”. Online access will allow you to clarify information on the number of owned shares, to take part in the General Meeting of Shareholders, and obtain information on the amount of accrued dividends and the status of their payment in real time.
In addition, you will have to opportunity to ask a question or express your opinion on the agenda of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
JSC «IRC - R.O.S.T.» provides the free online access to all shareholders of «Rosseti Lenenergo», PJSC who have an open account in the shareholder register.
A simple electronic signature key (login and password) is used for the access to the Shareholder’s Personal Account. It can be obtained in two ways:
1st way:
Shareholders who have a confirmed account on the Public Services Portal (www.gosuslugi.ru) can become a Shareholder’s Personal Account user without visiting the registrar’s office. To do this, you need follow the link to the “Shareholder’s Personal Account”, select login with Public Services Portal, enter your username and password on the Public Services Portal and consent to the provision of your personal data to the registrar.
2nd way:
Shareholders who do not have a confirmed account on the Public Services Portal can obtain a login and password from Shareholder’s Personal Account in any registrar office (http://www.rrost.ru/en/; telephone of the informational support center: +7 (495) 780-73-63).

Mobile application Акционер.online
For more convenience, you can use the app Акционер.online which is a mobile version of the Shareholder’s Personal Account where the main services are recreated: Portfolio, Voting, Notifications.
The mobile app allows:
- to manage the Company remotely – monitor the General Meeting of Shareholders progress, send questions to the General Meeting and vote on agenda items in the “Voting” section;
- to save your shares – see the status of your account in the register of the Company’s shares in the “Portfolio” section and control the receipt of the transaction documents and other account information in the “Notification” section.
To login mobile app you need Shareholder’s Personal Account username and password. Then, you can change username and password to a short PIN or fingerprint.
The app is available for iOS and Android operating systems.
