Rosseti Lenenergo is the winner of the XXIV annual competition of annual reports of the Moscow Exchange

The annual report of Rosseti Lenenergo for 2020 became a bronze medalist in the nomination “The best annual report of a company with a capitalization of 40 to 200 billion rubles” at the XXIV annual competition organized by the Moscow Exchange in partnership with Institutional Investor and Joint Stock Company. The award ceremony took place the day before in Moscow.

“In the context of the rapid development of the best practices in the preparation of non-financial reporting, our company is a stable winner of this significant competition. This year's victory once again confirms the high level and quality of information disclosure in the annual report of Rosseti Lenenergo. Work in this direction will continue,” Valeria Frolikova, Director for Corporate Governance and Shareholder Relations, Head of the Department for Corporate Governance and Shareholder Relations, comments on the results of the competition.

128 companies submitted applications for participation in the XXIV annual report competition. The jury consisted of 17 experts, including representatives of investment funds, public organizations and regulatory bodies, financial analysts, corporate governance and communications specialists.

The annual report competition has been held since 1997 and is one of the most important events of the year in the field of corporate governance and investor relations. This is an effective platform for setting standards for presenting information about the company's business and development strategy for its shareholders, identifying current trends and best practices in terms of the content, structure and design of annual reports.

Rosseti Lenenergo has repeatedly been included in the list of nominees and won the competition, demonstrating a consistently high level of information disclosure and a responsible approach to its presentation.
